Investment Opportunities

The Greater Ecuador Real Estate Investment Fund is comprised of two parts.  The mission of the "Fund I" is to find undervalued or distressed properties that we can renovate, clear up any title issues, and offer for sale at reasonable prices to buyers. We specialize in higher end apartments, houses, beachfront homes, and land that would be attractive to American or European buyers. The minimum investment in this Fund is $50,000. (UPDATE: sorry, but we are not accepting any new investments for Fund I at this time.)

"Fund II" is a land development Fund. The focus is to acquire undervalued property in desirable and growing regions, install basic infrastructure (roads, water, power, sewer, phone, landscaping, etc) and sub-divide into "ready to build" lots in high end developments.  We have multiple property development projects underway at various stages of development. We are seeking investments for projects ranging from $2.25 million to $48 million.
