EcuadorHomesOnline.com is the primary sales channel for property owned by The Greater Ecuador Real Estate Investment Fund. Our current focus is coastal real estate and beachfront property - we feel this is the best overall investment. However, for the highest quality of life and best overall place to live, you can't beat Cuenca!  We are also developing property in Yunguilla, about an hour from Cuenca.

While we are not a full service Real Estate agency or broker, we also co-market other properties that we feel are a good value.  For these properties, we act as a "buyers agent" - we can help you negotiate a good price and help you through the entire process.

If you are planning a trip to Ecuador to look at properties, we can help with travel arrangements and accommodations. If you want to see more properties than what we have available in our portfolio, we can make arrangements with "full service" agents that we have working relationships with.

The Greater Ecuador Real Estate Investment Fund is run by David Workman, who lives in Cuenca with his wife and two children. Mr. Workman is a veteran of the Video Broadcast industry, and he has been investing in Real Estate for over 25 years. He has owned single family, multi-family, commercial, and development land, mostly in California and Washington state.  Mr. Workman was also the Executive Producer of an independent movie production, Muffin Man, and is currently a technical advisor to Kulabyte and a marketing consultant with USAloe and EnergyByAloe.  See Mr. Workman's full resume here or check out his Blog.
